Past Perfect Active and Passive, if-clauses Type Three Combined Exercise

Our topic today is the past perfect. Furthermore the Past Perfect Passive will be an issue, the if-clauses type III will be repeated.
After Paul had done his homework he went swimming.
Das Past Perfect zeigt die Vorvergangenheit, Ereignisse, die sich vor dem eigentlich Erzählten abspielten.
Nachdem Paul seine Hausaufgaben gemacht hatte, ging er Schwimmen.

Past Perfect Passive
The work had been done.

If Randolph _________ (pick up) Sally at the station she wouldn't have had to walk home on foot.
He would have been happy if he _________ (win) a car in the lottery.
If clause type III with the passive
If the work had been done everyone woluld have been happy.
If the car __________ (wash) Mr Miller would have given Mike a reward.
If the pizza __________ (eat) there would have been nothing left.
If the dog _________ (feed) it wouldn't have been hungry all night.
